Returns, Refunds & Shipping - Fitness & Fairies Dancewear

Fitness & Fairies Dancewear Pvt. Ltd. believes in helping its customers as much as possible and follows a clear cancellation and refund policy.

Orders can be canceled only if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase, provided the shipping process has not started. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products. If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must report the issue within 14 days of receiving the item. The request will be reviewed, and an appropriate resolution will be provided.
No returns or exchanges are allowed for leggings, tights, or innerwear due to hygiene reasons.
Customer Support Resolution: If you believe the product received is incorrect or does not match your order, please contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution. However, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
Refund Processing: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 days after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, deducting any applicable charges (such as shipping fees).

All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

We currently do not ship internationally; all orders are shipped within India from our Bangalore location.
Shipping charges are ₹149 for standard shipments. Any additional shipping charges due to size/quantity will be communicated before dispatch.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and delivered within 2–7 days, depending on the destination.
Remote areas may be serviced via India Post Speedpost, with deliveries taking 3–10 days.
