Cancellation & Refund Policy
Fitness & Fairies Dancewear Pvt. Ltd believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the process of shipping them has been initiated.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once have checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 14 days of receipt of the products.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- No returns will be entertained for leggins/tights and innerwear.
- During COVID-19 pandemic , for health and safety reasons, no returns or exchanges would be entertained for worn items.
- Charges for cancellation and charges & balance amount will be refunded to the customer account within 14 days from the date of the transaction.
When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 15-day money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within fifteen (15) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds may be done after deductibles like courier charge and other charges borne to execute the transaction. All products should be returned unused and with all tags attached without which refunds cannot be processed. During COVID-19 pandemic , for health and safety reasons, refunds will be considered on a case to case basis. Charges and balance amount of refund will be refunded back to the customer within 14 days from the date of the transaction.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
We current do not ship internationally or outside India. All products are shipped directly from our location in Bangalore.

The shipping charge is fixed at Rs.149/- (during COVID-19) for standard shipments and we may call you if there is any increase in shipping charges due to size and quantity of the products. Shipment will be dispatched within 2 days of placing the order. Mode of shipment will be via well known courier companies like Bluedart, DTDC & Professional couriers. Standard deliveries take about 2 – 7 days depending on the destination. For pincodes not serviceable by courier companies, we use Indian Post speedpost service were delivery times are around 3 – 10 days depending on the destination.
