If you have a measuring tape, figuring out the size is easy peasy 🙂

Have the dancer/gymnast to be measured in front of you wearing a swimsuit of something body fitting. See the image below.

A – Bust, around FULLEST part of bust
B – Waist, around SMALLEST part of waist
C – Low Hip, around WIDEST part of low hips
D – Full Girth, top of one shoulder down front between legs and up back to top of other shoulder

Measuring Tips

• All measurements are in CMS (Centimeters)
• Measure accurately, please do NOT add extra cms to dancers measurements.
• The most important measurements to consider are bust, waist and low hip – girth measurements are primarily for determining the approx size range.
• When in doubt, let the girth measurements be the deciding factor for the size.

In case the girth measurement is more than 115cms choose from youth/adults sizes below
